TRONTEQ is on a growth course. In order to create the framework for achieving higher future goals, the legal form of the company was changed over the last months from a GbR (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts/German for Civil Law Partnership) to a OHG (offene Handelsgesellschaft/General Partnership) to a GmbH (Gesellschaft mit begrenzter Haftung/Limited Liability Company).

TRONTEQ Electronic GbR was founded in 2011 by Eugen and Juri Martinevski in Reutlingen, Germany. The uncomplicated GbR legal form was optimal for the electronics start-up. Establishing a civil law partnership is quite unbureaucratic and inexpensive. However, the founders are liable with their private assets, which makes the company very dependent on individuals.
In the meantime, the company has grown considerably. TRONTEQ has developed into the first pure specialist for network technology in public transport. Public transport authorities, vehicle manufacturers and system integrators all over the world rely on our unique Ethernet switches. In order to create legal conditions for further international growth, as well as to signal trust and consistency to our customers, the partnership (GbR) transformed into a GmbH (Limited Liability Company). The GmbH is nationally as well as internationally recognized and provides for more confidence with all business partners. TRONTEQ GmbH remains independent and continues to be managed by Eugen Martinevski and Juri Martinevski.
